Organisation Indications

L'accesso alle aree di parcheggio e alaggio si trovano all'interno di un'area doganale. E' importante conoscere e accettare le seguenti regole:

l'accesso a persone e automezzi sarà consentito solo ed esclusivamente a partire dalle ore 14:00 di venerdì 22 Maggio;
potranno accedere esclusivamente le persone che dimostreranno di essere iscritte alla competizione;
la Polizia Doganale e il personale di presidio effettueranno il controllo degli accessi: è compito di ciascun partecipante poter dimostrare in ogni momento di essere iscritto alla competizione;
L'uscita di tutte le persone e automezzi dovrà tassativamente avvenire entro le ore 12:00 di lunedì 25 Maggio;
non sarà consentita alcuna eccezione.

Access to the parking and hauling areas is located within a Restricted Customs Zone. It is mandatory to acknowledge and adhere to the following strict regulations:

Entry: Access for personnel and vehicles is permitted exclusively starting from 2:00 PM on Friday, May 22nd.
Eligibility: Only individuals with proof of registration for the "Vogalonga" (rowers, support staff, and technical crew) will be granted access.
Security Checks: Customs Police and security staff will manage checkpoints. It is the responsibility of each participant to produce valid registration documents at any time upon request.
Final Deadline: All persons, vehicles, and boat trailers must strictly vacate the premises by 12:00 PM on Monday, May 25th.
No Exceptions: No derogations from these rules will be permitted under any circumstances.

Attention: this insurance covers contingencies related to injuries, serious illnesses and personal circumstances such as job changes, medical tests or death of family members, among many others.
